After being given the opportunity to Part exchange a week that we no longer wanted at the Carrick at Cameron House, we have enjoyed several wonderful breaks at various lovely resorts.

The Lodges are all very comfortable and welcoming and are in spectacular surroundings with fantastic facilities, very helpful and friendly members of staff in all areas.

My wife and I were timeshare owners at Slaley Hall for many years before deciding to exit for a more flexible, shorter term package.

The transfer was worry free and the staff were always approachable and never pressurising or confusing.

Since taking up the new offer with we both feel it has been a fantastic decision as it has enabled us to have some wonderful holidays in beautiful accommodation, with some outstanding leisure facilities.

The process was straight forward and the staff are very polite and go out of their way to meet our requests. Since taking the offer we have been so impressed with what we have experienced. Please be assured there are no hidden costs and what you see is what you get.

We have been saved from being locked into a timeshare contract that had an ‘out of control’ escalating annual maintenance cost.

Thanks to the simple process, they bought the entire property and added it to their array of quality sites. Then they offered to deal with our original contract with an excellent, better value version, that has no annual maintenance costs. We have not looked back!

Seasons have three levels of accommodation throughout our resorts, most of the negative reviews online are concerning the lesser level of accommodation which you would not be using. We don’t think reviews tell the whole story. Our luxury and Iconic Collection units are amongst the best self-catering units in the UK and we are very proud of them. We are more than confident you would enjoy a visit to any of our resorts but this would be a fantastic starting point!
